To All of Our Customers Affected by these weather events:

It is with sadness and sympathy that we are now editing our message, to now include our additional those who are affected by / will be affected by the effects of Hurricane Irma, to those who are also affected by Hurricane Harvey.

We first and foremost hope and pray that all of you, your families, friends and employees are as safe as possible in your recovery efforts or preparations for what may come.

For those of you who are experiencing, or will experience challenges with your embroidery operation as a result of the weather, we are writing to offer our support.  When you are ready, we will be here to help.  Let us know what we can do – whether you need a service report for insurance, repairs to your machine, or if you need new machines to replace damaged ones – we will be available to assist in the quickest possible manner.
