  • Service Department: TEXMAC Direct prides itself in being able to offer industry-leading support for HAPPY embroidery machine owners.  Our technicians work closely with factory engineering and support staff to continuously improve procedures, techniques, and updates that are made available to the customer.   Our policy of empowering our customers with this knowledge and ability serves to minimize and prevent service issues and help owners get the best possible performance from their machines throughout their operational life.
