Needle Position Sensor on HCH-701 Journey: When the head is moved all the way to the operator's left, to the Needle Zero position (which selects the laser pointer), it is possible to see the needle position sensor, which is highlighted in the photo above.  Make sure this black optical sensor is positioned as shown, so that the silver-metal tab (that can be seen between the sensor posts in this photo) is neatly between the sensor posts as shown.
