In compliance with the current “Stay At Home” order in the state of North Carolina, operational changes are in effect at our corporate headquarters in Charlotte:  Our offices have been closed to outside, non-essential visitors for the time being. Our warehouse has limited staffing (but remains open to fulfill orders for new HAPPY embroidery machines, parts, supplies and accessories).  Our employees are following stringent procedures focused on safety and cleanliness in both the handling of customer goods and in protecting the well-being of our staffmembers. We are carefully following the guidelines set by the Center for Disease Control.
