How Online Training Works

- What you get: From your own computer and telephone, yaou can attend classes hosted at TEXMAC !
- Hear and See: Watch on your computer screen and listening to the class on the phone.
- Participate: Ask your own questions over the phone. All levels of knowledge welcome.
- What you'll need: (1) a high speed internet connection and (2) a telephone with long distance service.

	How to Join:
1.	Connect online to watch: At the scheduled start time, go to this page and click on the link below for the training you wish to attend. Note: there is no need to click into the link until start time or a few minutes before the start (to make sure you don't have any technical problems). Allow the Citrix program to automatically install into your computer, which will allow you to view the meeting screen.
2.	Join the Conference Call to hear and Participate: By dialing in, you can hear everyones' questions as well as the instructor's lecture, as well as ask questions yourself.
3.	You can also talk through your computer instead of over the phone Just have a working PC microphone and speakers connected (although for better quality and less feedback, headphones are recommended. You'll be given an audio pin when you log on and connect that will allow you to speak and listen. If you wish to talk through your PC, a microphone will be needed. If you don't have a microphone, you can also type questions through the chat interface on the GotoMeeting control panel -which the speaker can see and either respond back verbally or type back.

WEB TRAINING: Embroidery & Digitizing with HAPPY machines and Stitch & Sew (note: This session combines both embroidery machine and software training in a single Wednesday session - due to Thanksgiving holiday. )
Description: 90 minute open discussion on techniques for operating & maintaining your HAPPY embroidery machine, plus digitizing tips for Stitch & Sew & iPunch software. Digitizing topics to be discussed for approx. the first part, embroidery machine questions the second. Material will consist of fundamentals plus audience-requested topics. All levels of questions are welcome from beginner to advanced level.
